Family, food, and all the good vibes! As a niece to Mike and Denise, I have to say—I feel incredibly lucky to be part of a family that’s built such an amazing place. I might be a little biased—but I truly love this place, and not just because it’s family. From the very first time I walked in, I could feel the warmth, pride, and heart that goes into every part of this restaurant. The food is phenomenal—their pizza is hands-down one of the best around, and don’t even get me started on the wings and burgers. My all time favorite pasta is Cajun Chicken Asiago! Whether you’re grabbing a casual dinner, watching a game, or celebrating something special, this place just hits the spot. But what really makes Mike and Denise’s special is the heart behind it. My aunt, uncle, and their boys have poured so much love into this place, and you can feel it in every bite and every interaction. It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s a second home for so many, and I’m beyond proud to be part of it. Mike and Denise’s is a piece of the community, and a place I’ll always love and support. Mike & Denise’s Bar is everything you could want in a local, family-owned sports bar. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like part of the family. The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back, perfect for catching a game, grabbing a bite, or just relaxing with friends. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to enjoy being there. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this personal.

Mike & Denise's is one of THE go-to places to stop at when coming to Yorkville. It's a staple in the community here. I love coming to this restaurant with family and friends - and I come back almost every other week. It has the perfect vibes for hanging out with family, watching sports, and catching up with friends. The service is always fantastic & the food is even better. If there's ever been an issue, they have always made sure to be more than accommodating & you can tell they always put the customer first. I always recommend this place when people ask me where to go in Yorkville & I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I recommend Mike and Denise’s to everyone I can! The staff are polite and respectful. I have never had a bad experience in the years I have been going there! Sophie is one of our favorites! Mike and Denise pour so much pride into their restaurants and are always there with a smile on their faces! I love their pasta, pizzas, and wraps! They never miss on service or food!

I couldn’t think of a better spot to enjoy your afternoon or night than Mike and Denise’s. The food is always great, and the staff—from the employees to the waiters, waitresses, and even the managers behind the scenes—are top-notch. I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was 6 years old in Yorkville Youth Tackle Football , and I’m always treated with the utmost respect. Most importantly, I always feel like family. I love Mike and Denise’s and everything they have to offer. I’d recommend that everyone—and their mother—come grab a bite, enjoy a beer, catch a sports game—you name it. It’s five stars all around at M&D’s.

A favorite amongst friends and family; we especially love the live music and bingo events. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious and clean. Sporting events are a hit given the massive projector screens and diverse food and beverage selections. Looking forward to my next visit to M&D's!
